Change of Name : Scan copy of complete notarised affidavit. The affidavit should not be more than three months old. (The ad matter should be as per the affidavit. Eg: Name, Father's Name, Surname, Short and Full name etc. to avoid editorial rejection)

Lost & Found : (Passport, Documents, Property Papers and Certificates etc.) Copy of FIR / NCR (Non-Cognizable Report) attested by - Police Station Stamp (not more than three months old).

Missing Person : Copy of FIR attested by - Police Station Stamp (not more than three months old). If Person is mentally retired, scan copy of Medical Certificate is a must.

Marriage Notice : Scan copy of the application of marriage notice attested by the Indian High Commission/ Embassy/ Marriage Registrar.

PERSONAL SERVICES / BEAUTY PARLOUR / MASSAGE PARLOUR : For Beauty Parlor, Massage Parlor, Social Clubs, party Entertainers and Escort Services we need the following complimentary document's Address proof, Photo ID proof (driving license / PAN card scan copy etc.), latest bill's Scan Copy of any contact Number Mentioned in the ad text.
OBITUARY Please email us the following documents : Scanned copy of death certificate Identity card of the person placing the announcement or the Doctor's note should be in his/her letterhead and should be duly signed mentioning the name of the deceased along with the cause of death.
SITUATION VACANT (Recruitment Ads): Kindly send us details about the number of vacancies in your organization along with mentioning that you want to publish an ad in the particular newspaper regarding the same, on your Standard Company Letterhead. Scanned copy of the documents is to be forwarded to info@jaheratdarshan.com only after the ad has been booked. Depending on your content, as per the Government of India's Labour Ministry policy, newspapers may need a proof / authorization letter (on your company letterhead) in our name giving us the authority to place the ad on your behalf. Without this proof many newspapers may not accept your ad. If you are a placement agency, either Indian or foreign placement, you have to submit your agency's registration number or related document. To avoid delays we request you to email the document proof as an attachment (after scanning). Company's releasing overseas recruitment advertisements must include their Permit No. in the advertisement text for recruiting personnel from India. Recruitment Agency must mention their registration number in the advertisement text as issued by their respective Govt. The P O BOX number facility is not available for overseas recruitment ads. Apart from the above documents, we might ask clients to produce any other required document, such as an ID proof, in case the publication says it is mandatory, without which we cannot process the order. Kindly e-mail the required documents to info@jaheratdarshan.com The ad cannot be accepted for publication unless we receive the required documents mentioned above by fax/e-mail (as attachment) 2 days prior to publishing date. For overseas ads from NRI's : In addition to the documents stated above or equivalent, affidavit or equivalent document from the Indian embassy in the respective country stating the claim to be true is required from NRIs. copy of the documents is to be forwarded to info@jaheratdarshan.com only after the ad has been booked.
